RATCH Group Public Company Limited received the Honorary award “Sustainability Disclosure Award 2022” for 4 consecutive years and Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Company Limited received “Sustainability Disclosure Recognition” for 2 consecutive years, at the Sustainability Disclosure Award 2022 ceremony organized by Thaipat Institute. Ms. Veraya Preeyapan, Director, Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) of Thaipat Institute presented the award to Mrs. Charusuda Boonkerd, Senior Vice President-Head of Corporate Relations Division, a representative of RATCH Group Public Company Limited. The award reflects the company’s commitment to giving importance of information disclosure on its economic and corporate governance, social and environmental dimensions in accordance with international report framework from 2014 until now.

In 2022, RATCH Group Public Company Limited is one of the 56 organizations awarded by Thaipat Institute. The criteria is considered by disclosure of sustainability information: economic, social and environmental aspects, aligned with Ceres-ACCA standard including completeness, creditability and communication respectively. The ceremony aims to promote and encourage the listed company to realize the importance of corporate governance principle and transparency in disclosing information.
